Noisy room and confusing advertising

General information: I have visited your place multiple times since May 7 2016 to see my doctor in Portland. At first, our stays were great! The price was reasonable and the food at the breakfast was good. My very last visit - two bad things happened. The room next to mine was VERY noisy. From what I could tell, they would have been "attached" to MY room, but, they were not with us. I called the front desk, and, I guess they got kicked out. Second concern. I read, in the elevator, at 40 percent discount if we signed up at least 25 days in advance. The gal at the desk, stalled, just kept looking at paperwork, and, just looked at us. Now, why did she not call the manager, first of all? anyway, we were TOLD, that only "selected" rooms? Small print on your flyer? We have stayed multiple times, at your place, and, now, we are hesitant to recommend it because of our last visit. ALL of our other visits were fine. Location and surroundings: Hayden Island, Portland Service: The room was fine. We could have had better help at the front desk. Dining: Since we stayed, multiple times, we notice that the food was "less" each time. the last visit is the best example. No chips or crackers at the evening buffet. No potatoes for breakfast our last day Sports and leisure: no applicable Room: room was okay Useful tips: Tell the front desk to call the manager if there is a confusing sign in the elevator saying that you can get a 40 percent discount - just to be told only "special" rooms? Fine print? Since we stayed MULTIPLE times, YOU would think we like your place? We did, until our last visit. I don't understand, as, it seemed like a different hotel We were GOING to book a weekend, this summer, but, we were SO disappointed at our last visit that we are NOT coming to your place? Why would you ruin a good thing? I would like a reply from you, regarding my observations. You were doing fine, and then - not so good
